Guardrilla Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Guardrilla. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our API service ("Service"). By accessing or using Guardrilla, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions
"Service" refers to the API provided by Guardrilla, which allows Users to evaluate information to detect spam, bots, and other malicious content.
"User" refers to any individual or entity subscribing to and using the Guardrilla Service.
"Subscription" refers to the monthly plan a User purchases to access the Service, which includes a set amount of credits.
"Credits" refer to the units that are deducted per API call, with additional costs incurred once the allotted credits are used.
3. Eligibility
To use Guardrilla, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
Registration:
Users must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Guardrilla is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription and Fees
Subscription Plans:
Guardrilla offers various subscription plans that include a specific number of credits per month. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis.
Overage Charges:
If you exceed your allotted credits within a billing cycle, additional charges will apply for each extra API call made. These overage charges are detailed on our pricing page.
Payment:
All payments are processed through the payment methods provided during account registration. By subscribing, you authorize Guardrilla to charge the applicable subscription fees and any overage charges to your chosen payment method.
Auto Top Up:
In your account settings you are able to enable auto top-up, this will charge the card on file in accorance with your settings and top up the balance on the account.
Refunds:
Subscriptions are non-refundable if the service has been used. However, in the event of a dispute or billing issue, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Our full refund policy can be found here
6. Use of Service
Permitted Use:
You agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the information you send to Guardrilla for evaluation.
Prohibited Use:
You may not use the Service to process or submit any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content. Guardrilla reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect any misuse of the Service. You can find our full acceptable use policy here
7. API Usage
API Calls:
Users may make API calls as per their subscription plan. Each API call will deduct the appropriate number of credits from your account. If your credit balance reaches 0, and you have no auto top-up enabled the API will return an error, if you do have auto-top up available it will bill your account at the specified number and continue to function.
Rate Limits:
Guardrilla may impose rate limits on API usage to ensure service availability and performance. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension or throttling of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Guardrilla are the property of Guardrilla or its licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
9. Termination
Termination by User:
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Termination by Guardrilla:
Guardrilla reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Guardrilla provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardrilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
Guardrilla reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
